We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 9am-4pm,). The majority of the items displayed on this site have a turnaround time of about 1 week. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. All items will ship from our manufacturing plant in Mississauga, Ontario.
ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
